Competent Security Authorities. 1. The Competent Security Authorities of the states of the Parties are: For the Republic of Latvia: - The Constitution Protection Bureau- Xxxxx xxxxxx 00x Xxxx XX 0000, Xxxxxx; For the State of Israel: - The Directorate of Security for the Defense Establishment - Hakirya Tel-Aviv, Israel.
2. In order to achieve and maintain comparable standards of security, the respective Competent Security Authorities shall, on request, provide each other with information about the security standards, procedures and practices for safeguarding Classified Information in the respective state of the Party.
3. The respective Competent Security Authorities of the states of both Parties can conclude executive documents to this Agreement.
Competent Security Authorities. 1. The Parties shall notify each other through diplomatic channels of the Competent Security Authorities responsible for the implementation of this Agreement.
2. The National Security Authorities shall inform each other of respective national law on Classified Information and of any significant amendments thereto and shall exchange information about the security standards, procedures and practices for the protection of Classified Information.
Competent Security Authorities. 1. The Competent Security Authorities of the Parties are the following: -For the Republic of Albania Classified Information Security Directorate (National Security Authority) -For Montenegro Directorate for the Protection of Classified Information (National Security Authority)
2. The Competent Security Authorities shall inform each other of the national legislation in force regulating the protection of Classified Information.
3. In order to ensure close co-operation in the implementation of this Agreement, the Competent Security Authorities may hold consultations at the request made by one of them.
4. In order to achieve and maintain comparable standards of security, the Competent Security Authorities shall, on request, provide each other with information regarding the security standards, procedures and practices on the protection of Classified Information.
Competent Security Authorities. 1. The National Security Authorities (NSAs) responsible for the general implementation of this Agreement are:

(1) The National Security Authorities designated by the Parties as responsible for the general implementation and the relevant controls of all aspects of this Agreement are: In the Republic of Croatia: Ured Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost (The Office of the National Security Council); In the Republic of Slovenia: Urad Vlade Republike Slovenije za varovanje tajnih podatkov (Government Office for the Protection of Classified Information).
(2) The National Security Authorities shall notify each other of any other Competent Security Authorities that are responsible for the implementation of this Agreement.
(3) The Parties shall inform each other of any subsequent changes of the National Security Authorities through diplomatic channels.

2. The Competent Security Authorities shall inform each other of the national laws and regulations in force regulating the protection of Classified Information.
3. In order to ensure close co-operation in the implementation of the present Agreement, the Competent Security Authorities may hold consultations at the request made by one of them.
4. In order to achieve and maintain comparable standards of security, the respective Competent Security Authorities shall, on request, provide each other with information about the security standards, procedures and practices for the protection of Classified Information employed by the respective Party.
5. The Parties shall recognize Personnel and Facility Security Clearances issued by the Competent Security Authorities, in accordance with national laws and regulations.

2. The Competent Security Authorities shall inform each other of the national laws and regulations in force regulating the protection of Classified Information and shall exchange information about the security standards, procedures and practices for the protection of Classified Information.
3. In order to ensure close co-operation in the implementation of this Agreement, the Competent Security Authorities may hold consultations.

2. The Competent Security Authorities shall inform each other of the national laws and regulations in force regulating the protection of Classified Information and shall exchange information about the security standards, procedures and practices for the protection of Classified Information, as well as on any subsequent possible amendment to the national laws and regulations which govern the protection of Classified Information and any changes concerning the names and addresses of the Competent Security Authorities.
3. In order to ensure close co-operation in the implementation of this Agreement, the Competent Security Authorities may hold consultations.
4. The Parties shall mutually recognize the Facility and Personnel Security Clearance Certificates, released in accordance with the national laws and regulations.
5. The Competent Security Authorities shall ensure a strict and binding adherence to this Agreement by any public and private entity of the Parties, in accordance with national laws and regulations.

2. The Competent Security Authorities shall provide each other, upon request, with information about their security organization and procedures. To this end, the Competent Security Authorities shall agree on mutual visits.
3. The Competent Security Authorities shall notify each other any changes of their names or any transfer of their competence to other authorities.
