COMPLETION PROCESS. You will need to inform the National Park Authority once the work is complete. This must be by the deadline in your Agreement, at the latest.

COMPLETION PROCESS. (a) When Installation Completion has been achieved, the Retailer shall notify the Owner to inspect the installation within 5 days of such Notice. (b) Following the inspection: (i) the Owner may give Notice to the Retailer within 5 business days of any reasons why it considers Installation Completion has not been reached (Issues List); (ii) following receipt of the Issues List, the Retailer must address any issues on the Issues List which prevents the Solar System Installation from reaching Installation Completion before giving notice under clause 7.1 first; and (iii) if no Issues List is issued pursuant to clause 7.1(b)(i), Installation Completion is deemed to have been achieved on the date of the Retailer’s Notice under clause 7.1.
COMPLETION PROCESS. (a) The Company must give RTA’s Representative and the Independent Verifier both: (i) 3 months; and (ii) 1 month, prior written notice of the estimated Date of Construction Completion of any Stage and the estimated Date of Final Completion. (b) RTA’s Representative, the Company’s Representative and the Independent Verifier must, within 7 days of receipt of the notice referred to in clause 10.1(a)(ii), undertake a joint inspection of the Company’s Works included in that Stage or in Final Completion at a mutually convenient time. It is acknowledged that a representative of the Contractor may attend that joint inspection of the Company's Work. (c) Following the joint inspection referred to in clause 10.1(b), the Independent Verifier may give the Company (with a copy to RTA) a written notice either: (i) containing a list of items which it believes must be completed before Construction Completion or Final Completion is achieved; or (ii) stating that it believes the Contractor is so far from achieving Construction Completion or Final Completion that it is not practicable to issue a list as contemplated in clause 10.1(c)(ii)10.1(c)(i). (d) When the Company considers it has achieved Construction Completion of a Stage or Final Completion, the Company must issue a certificate in the form of Schedule ## to the Certification Schedule, duly executed by the Company to RTA’s Representative and the Independent Verifier stating the date on which the Company considers Construction Completion of the Stage or Final Completion as the case may be was achieved.

COMPLETION PROCESS. Upon execution of this agreement, the purchaser will also be liable to pay the total legal fees and disbursements as enumerated in the First Schedule to his Agreement, directly to the vendor’s advocates.
