COMPLETION SERVICES. Without prejudice to other provisions contained in the Contract, the Contractor will hand to the Authority three months prior to the end of the Contract Term or upon any notice of termination, whichever is the earlier, a schedule of known future maintenance work required to be carried out over the next 12 months. The Contractor shall ensure or procure that the Authority is provided with the following documents immediately prior to the end of the Contract Term: copies of all maintenance and operational manuals all test certificates and calculations all planned preventative maintenance documents for the mechanical and electrical engineering installations all planned inspection of buildings schedules and reports all record drawings similar in material and quality as at the start of the contract including changes during the term of the contract a schedule of spare parts held in store; and all maintenance records APPENDIX Maintenance Standards The Contractor will ensure that the Maintained Assets are maintained where applicable during the Contract Term to the following standards: BUILDING ELEMENTS SUBSTRUCTURE Foundations structurally sound and stable Pits lifts no leaks Ground floor slabs no movement or rocking, cracks sealed expansion joints joints sealed and no leaks or dampness surface treatments intact and suitable for use FRAME Structural steelwork & fixings structurally sound and stable intumescent coatings fire protection intact paint corrosion protection intact Rc/pc concrete structurally sound and stable CLADDING Roof roof sheeting flashing weathertight and properly fixed rooflights and glazing weathertight and properly fixed gutters and rainwater pipes clean, no leaks and operational Sidewalls curtain wall weathertight, properly fixed, clean and unbroken windows & glazing weathertight, clean and unbroken louvres/smoke extract operational and properly fixed external doors weathertight, fully operational and secure roller shutters operational and properly fixed brickwork/blockwork structurally sound and stable INTERNAL PARTITIONS Masonry structurally sound and stable common/painting quality finishes intact polished finishes intact movement joints joints scaled proprietary we partitions clean and finishes intact screen walls clean, undamaged and finishes intact internal doors & glazing clean and finishes intact

  • Preconstruction Services At the Owner’s sole discretion and upon the Owner’s written direction, pursuant to a duly issued Work Order, the Construction Manager shall perform the Preconstruction Services. The Construction Manager shall coordinate the preparation of the Contract Documents by consulting with the Owner and the Architect regarding Drawings and Specifications as they are being prepared, and recommend alternate solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility, cost or schedules, including without limitation, providing value engineering options. The Construction Manager shall promptly notify the Owner and Architect in writing of any apparent defects in the Contract Documents for any Project when it is discovered, as well as any apparent defects in the design documents for any Project, including without limitation, the Drawings and Specifications set forth in any Work Order affecting such Project.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Mediation Services If we are unable to resolve the problem, then either party can contact the Department of Labour Mediation Service (a government department) for free assistance. The mediator will try to help us resolve the problem, but won’t make a decision as to who is right or wrong unless both parties want this.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Scaling Services Scaling services shall be performed by Forest Service personnel or parties under contract to Forest Service, except that weighing services may be performed by personnel or parties approved by Forest Service. Scaling shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and specifications in A9. Scalers shall be currently certified to perform accurate Scaling services. The Scaling services provided shall be selected exclusively by Forest Service. Scaling services may be Continuous, Intermittent, or Extended. “Continuous Scaling Services” is Scaling at one site five (5) 8-hour shifts a week, exclusive of Sundays and Federal holidays. “Intermittent Scaling Services” are non-continuous Scaling services. “Extended Scaling Services” are Scaling services exceeding Continuous Scaling Services and may include Sundays and designated Federal holidays. Upon written request of Purchaser and approval of Contracting Officer, Forest Service may provide other services, such as but not limited to grading, tagging, or marking of Scaled logs.
