Compliance and Certifications. Compliance and certification requirements will depend on the type of service provided by the Contractor. (a) For Cloud Services, the Contractor must at all times satisfy at least one of the following security standards: i. compliance requirements identified for a Cloud Service Provider, in the Government of Canada Security Control Profile for Cloud-Based GC IT Services for Protected B, Medium Integrity and Medium Availability (PBMM); or ii. compliance requirements identified for a Cloud Service Provider, in the US Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) for moderate impact information systems; or

Compliance and Certifications. Bio-ITech will maintain a comprehensive written information security program according to ISO-27001 that complies with applicable Privacy Laws, including mandatory training to Bio-ITech’s Personnel who have access to Personal Information regarding the privacy, confidentiality and information security requirements set forth in the Agreement. Bio-ITech’s information security program and the information security programs of its Affiliates and all Subcontractors will include appropriate administrative, technical, physical, organizational and operational safeguards and other security measures designed to: (i) ensure the security and confidentiality of Personal Information; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security and integrity of Personal Information; (iii) protect against any Information Security Incident; and (iv) protect against the use of the Services or Bio-ITech’s System as a portal to give unauthorized access to any other systems of Client.

  • COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATION 25.1 Each Party shall comply at its own expense with all Applicable Laws that relate to that Party’s obligations to the other Party under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring or permitting either Party to contravene any mandatory requirement of Applicable Law. 25.2 Each Party warrants that it has obtained all necessary state certification required in each state covered by this Agreement prior to ordering any Interconnection, Resale Services, Network Elements, functions, facilities, products and services from the other Party pursuant to this Agreement. Upon request, each Party shall provide proof of certification. 25.3 Each Party shall be responsible for obtaining and keeping in effect all approvals from, and rights granted by, Governmental Authorities, building and property owners, other carriers, and any other Third Parties that may be required in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. 25.4 Each Party represents and warrants that any equipment, facilities or services provided to the other Party under this Agreement comply with the CALEA.

  • Licenses and Certifications Where required by law, PROVIDER must, at all times, be licensed or certified by either the State or County as a qualified provider of the services purchased hereby. PROVIDER shall fully cooperate with licensing and certification authorities. PROVIDER shall submit copies of the required licenses or certifications upon request by COUNTY.   • Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses. (b) The Parties shall be able to demonstrate compliance with these Clauses. In particular, the data importer shall keep appropriate documentation on the processing activities carried out on behalf of the data exporter. (c) The data importer shall make available to the data exporter all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in these Clauses and at the data exporter’s request, allow for and contribute to audits of the processing activities covered by these Clauses, at reasonable intervals or if there are indications of non-compliance. In deciding on a review or audit, the data exporter may take into account relevant certifications held by the data importer.

  • Representations and Certifications The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.

  • Compliance Investigations Upon City’s request, Contractor agrees to provide to City, within sixty calendar days, a truthful and complete list of the names of all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers that Contractor has used in the past five years on any of its contracts that were undertaken within San Diego County, including the total dollar amount paid by Contractor for each subcontract or supply contract. Contractor further agrees to fully cooperate in any investigation conducted by City pursuant to City's Nondiscrimination in Contracting Ordinance.
