Compliance; Security. Contractor shall comply fully with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). In addition, Contractor shall comply fully with any separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to be executed between LIBERTY and Contractor, as well as all security standards and requirements as may be issued from time to time by LIBERTY. To ensure compliance (including but not limited to compliance with HIPAA, this Agreement, the BAA and any subsequent standards or policies as may be issued from time to time by LIBERTY), Contractor shall, anytime upon LIBERTY’s request, submit to an audit by LIBERTY (or a duly authorized independent auditor of LIBERTY) during business hours and upon reasonable notice

Compliance; Security. HHSC shall maintain systems to ensure that no one has unauthorized access to Record Applications. HHSC shall periodically monitor compliance with access restrictions. MHS shall have in place policies and procedures to make sure its employees and other representatives do not have unauthorized, unnecessary, or inappropriate access to Record Applications or any portions of the Record Applications that contain information other than Patient Medical Records. MHS' policies and procedures will identify the persons or classes of persons who need access to the information contained in the Record Applications to carry out their job duties. MHS shall promptly notify HHSC when certain employees should no longer have access to designated Record Applications under the Records Arrangement due to, for example, a change in such employee's role, responsibilities, or employment status.
Compliance; Security. 14.1 “Double Swiping” or Unauthorised Card Data Capture Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCIDSS, except for those data or information allowed/consented in writing by the Sponsor Bank, MPay and/or QR Operator, you are strictly prohibited from capturing/storing/copying the data contained on the card and/or within the data storage elements on the card, namely the magnetic stripe and/or the “chip” data or that of the cardholder and/or the data of the QR user. “Double swiping” i.e. the capture of card data on other terminals or devices other than authorised and provided by MPay is strictly prohibited.
