Compliance with Laws and. Agreements. The Company shall comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply, in all respects with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders (including all applicable Environmental Laws), such compliance to include, without limitation, paying before the same become delinquent all taxes, assessments and governmental charges imposed upon it or upon its property except as to such taxes, assessments and governmental charges as are being contested in good faith. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries will perform all of its obligations under the Loan Documents and all material obligations it is required to perform under the terms of each indenture, mortgage, deed of trust, security agreement, lease, franchise, agreement, contract or other instrument or obligation to which it is a party or by which it or any of its properties is bound.

Nondiscrimination Seller is in compliance with and shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to it in connection with the Order, including, without limitation: (a) those related to import and export, including import and export control laws; and (b) those covering the production, packaging, labeling, sale and delivery of the goods or services specified in the Order. Seller has and shall maintain in effect all the licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, and permits required to perform its obligations under the Order. Duration of the Agreement (a) This Agreement shall come into effect at the date stated in Box 2 and shall continue until terminated by either party by given notice to the other; in which event this Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of the later of the number of months stated in Box 18 or a period of two (2) months from the date on which such notice is received, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Clause 22 (Termination).
