COMPUSERVE. ICP shall create a version of the ICP Internet Site customized for distribution through the CompuServe Service (the "ICP-CS Site") by (x) displaying framing (including headers, footers and left side navigation/menu bars) on each page of the ICP-CS Site of size and type determined by AOL and which contain, as and to the extent determined by AOL, CompuServe and ICP branding, links to the CompuServe Service, a search box and promotional spaces to be programmed/served by AOL (provided AOL agrees knot to promote ICP Competitors in such spaces), (y) programming each page of the ICP-CS Site with a co-branded domain name (i.e., thekxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) xxd (z) matching the look and feel of the CompuServe Service on the ICP-CS Site. The ICP-CS Site shall contain Content as described in the Programming Plan. All terms and conditions of this Agreement applicable to the ICP Internet Site shall apply to the ICP-CS Site except as expressly otherwise stated. COMPUSERVE. CompuServe’s primary Internet-based interactive site marketed under the “CxxxxXxxxx.xxx™” brand, specifically excluding (a) the CompuServe Service and AOL Service, (b) any international versions of such site and/or any non-English language based feature or area of such site, (c) AXX.xxx, Netscape Netcenter, any other AOL or Netscape products or services or interactive sites, (d) “ICQ™,” “AOL Search,” “You’ve Got Pictures,” “Shop @,” “My News,” “AOL PIusSM,” “AOL Instant Messenger™,” “NetMail™” or any similar independent product or service offered by or through such site or any other AOL or CompuServe interactive site, (e) any programming or Content area offered by or through such site over which AOL does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties and member-created Content areas), (f) any programming or Content area offered by or through the U.S. versions of the America Online® brand service or CompuServe brand service which was operated, maintained or controlled by the former AOL Studios division, (g) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through such site or any other AOL or CompuServe interactive site, (h) any property, feature, product or service which AOL or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the Effective Date and (i) any other version of an AOL or CompuServe interactive site which is materially different from CompuServe’s primary Internet-based interactive site marketed under the “CxxxxXxxxx.xxx™” brand, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded versions and any version distributed through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer.

COMPUSERVE. After the Amendment Date, so long as ICP is in compliance with this Agreement, the Weddings Department of the CompuServe Service (the "Wedding Department") shall be the primary comprehensive programming area on the CompuServe Service that is dedicated to covering the entire spectrum of topics directly related to [****]; provided, however, that this sentence shall not be construed to limit or otherwise affect AOL's editorial discretion within the Weddings Department (e.g. to influence the overall programming plan of, limit the Content that AOL may program into, or to require AOL to include certain Content within, the Weddings Department) and (ii) ICP shall have the premier programming rights on the Weddings Department main screen described in Exhibit A-1.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of ECI. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to ECI, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.
