Concessions and Vendors. (a) Owner and Operator shall have the exclusive right to select and to establish the contractual terms for all Complex concessionaires and vendors at the Complex Site. Owner shall also have the exclusive right to market, sell, and retain all concessions, hospitality, merchandise and other revenue from the Complex Site and all events held at the Complex Site except that the City shall be entitled to certain net revenue from City Events as more fully described in Section 12.7.3.
Concessions and Vendors. The City controls the right to sell concessions or permit vendors for all Events and may assign such right to Licensee.

Tenant shall also have the exclusive right to market, sell, and retain all concessions, hospitality, merchandise, and other revenue from the Stadium and all events held at the Stadium except for Community Events as defined in Section 5.04 unless requested by the City. The Team shall endeavor to hire and use local contractors for building and operating the Stadium, including construction and food and beverage services.

Tenant shall also have the exclusive right to market, sell, and retain all concessions, hospitality, merchandise and other revenue from the Leased Premises and all events held at the Leased Premises except that Landlord shall be entitled to certain net revenue from Landlord Events as more fully described in Section 12.9.3.
Concessions and Vendors. City grants the sole and exclusive right to Organizer to sell drinks, food, souvenirs, or other legal merchandise of any sort. Organizer may lease all concession rights to any party or parties within the event grounds. Organizer must abide by all federal, state and local health requirements and obtain any required permits at the expense of the Organizer. Organizer will ensure that Temporary Food Establishment requirements and regulations are complied with.
