Food and Beverage Vendors. 19. Food and beverage vendors contracted by the Renting Party must abide by all Rules and Regulations during the contracted event. It is the Renting Party’s responsibility to make sure all vendors are briefed and adhere to these Rules and Regulations. Failure by any vendor to adhere to the Rules and Regulations may result in the loss of the return security deposit for the Renting Party. Should the Renting Party wish to meet at Goodwood with any of its vendors or subcontractors, the Director of Rentals and Special Events must be aware of the meeting in order to coordinate the availability of buildings for review.

Food and Beverage Vendors. CITY shall provide access to the USGA’s selected vendors involved with food and beverage service for the Championship to the Leased Property during the times indicated by the USGA. Except as set forth below with respect to the service of alcoholic beverages for which the USGA is responsible, LESSEE acknowledges that it, along with all applicable Third Party Vendors is responsible for, and will obtain, the necessary licenses granting permission for the sale of food and beverages by LESSEE or a Third Party Vendor, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages in areas in which LESSEE or any such Third Party Vendor provides food and beverages in connection with the Championship. The USGA has acknowledged that it, or its vendors, shall be responsible for, and will obtain, the necessary licenses granting permission for the sale of alcoholic beverages in those areas where the USGA is responsible for providing alcoholic beverages. CITY and LESSEE agree that they shall assist the USGA and/or its vendors in obtaining such licenses if requested by the USGA, including an agreement to suspend any licenses or to assist with and secure the suspension of any other relevant licenses and the sale of alcohol at cost as provided below, as required by the USGA. Unless prohibited by law, if requested by the USGA and necessary for the implementation of the Championship as determined in good faith by LESSEE and the USGA, LESSEE and/or such applicable Third Party Vendors has agreed to sell to the caterer, concessionaire and/or the USGA, as the case may be depending on which entity or entities receives the appropriate permission to purchase and sell alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, in the types and quantity requested by the USGA at prices not to exceed the applicable party's cost of obtaining such alcoholic beverages.
Food and Beverage Vendors. The NCAA or its designee shall control all food and beverage rights at ancillary events. Also, the NCAA may restrict the sale of certain food and beverage products within the ancillary events if they conflict with NCAA corporate champions or partners. For clarity, there shall be no food and beverage buyout required in the ancillary events, and the NCAA shall have the ability to (a) allow its quick-service restaurant or casual dining sponsor to serve food within the ancillary events with no buyout; (b) to bring in selected food trucks or vendors for event guests; and (c) bring into the ancillary events outside food and beverage for staff, crew and volunteer meals if desired. Additionally, the NCAA shall determine in its sole discretion whether alcohol will be sold or distributed at ancillary events. The venue, LOC and/or caterer shall be responsible for any permits unless otherwise directed by the NCAA.

All vendors must be in compliance with required Department of Health permitting and licenses. Signage: Each exhibitor may bring their own signage for display.
