Conditions of Effectiveness of this Second Amendment. This Second Amendment shall become effective on the date when the following conditions shall have been satisfied (such date, the “Second Amendment Effective Date”):
Conditions of Effectiveness of this Second Amendment. (a) Sections 1, 2(a), 2(b), 3, 4(a), 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of this Second Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Initial Second Amendment Effective Date”) when each of the conditions set forth in this Section 4(a) shall have been satisfied (which, in the case of clauses (ii), and (vii) below, may be substantially concurrent with the satisfaction of the condition specified in clause (i) below):

(a) The Refinancing Amendment shall become effective (the “2018 Refinancing Effective Date”) immediately when the following conditions in this Section 4(a) shall have been satisfied (or waived by the parties hereto, which waiver may be concurrent with the satisfaction of the other conditions specified below):

This Second Amendment shall become effective on the date when the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent shall have signed a counterpart hereof (whether the same or different counterparts) and shall have delivered the same to the Administrative Agent (such date, the “Second Amendment Effective Date”).
