Connected Accounts. To ensure a more valuable experience with Sable, Sable uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather your data from external financial institutions/bank accounts you connect via the Sable App. By using our service, you xxxxx Xxxxx and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy at xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx.
Connected Accounts. Connected Accounts may use the Services in accordance with the Connected Account Agreement. Stripe may suspend or stop providing any Services to (a) a Payout Recipient for any reason; and (b) all other Connected Accounts in accordance with the terms of the Connected Account Agreement. Except for Connected Accounts that are Payout Recipients, Stripe has a direct contractual relationship with each Connected Account under the Connected Account Agreement and will provide the Services directly to each Connected Account. You acknowledge that Connected Accounts may choose to use Stripe services outside of the Connected Accounts’ relationship with you.

(“Plaid”) and Finicity Corporation (“Finicity”) to gather your data from external financial institutions you connect via the Accrue Savings App. By using our service, you grant Accrue Savings, Plaid and Xxxxxxxx the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution(s). You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy at xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Xxxxxxxx in accordance with the Xxxxxxxx’s Privacy Policy.

(“Plaid”) to gather End User’s data from external financial institutions/bank accounts you connect via the Qube app. By opening an Account or using our Services, you grant Qube and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy at xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx.
Connected Accounts. To ensure a more valuable experience with Save, Save uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather End User’s data from external financial institutions/bank accounts you connect via the Save App. By using our service, you grant Save and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy at xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx You agree to maintain a positive balance and not to incur overdrafts. At this time, Save does not allow overdrafts from the account. If funds are not available, your transaction will be declined. Save retains the right to change this policy at any time. If you manage your account in such a way that it results in a negative balance or becomes overdrawn, you agree to rectify the matter by transferring sufficient funds from your linked external account to repay the overdrawn balance. Your failure to bring your account to a positive balance could result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your Account and services. Further consequences may be enacted if you do not remedy the situation in a timely manner and may include: (1) the reporting of your negative balance to a reporting agency; (2) legal action; and/or (3) charging you fees for the overdraft in accordance with our Schedule of Fees.

You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy at xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx.
Connected Accounts. To ensure a more valuable experience with us, Greenwood uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. (“Plaid”) to gather End User’s data from external financial institutions you connect using the Greenwood App. By using our service, you xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/legal#end-user-privacy-policy.
Connected Accounts. You may be permitted to link or connect certain of your internal systems and third-party accounts associated with third party platforms and services you utilize (each, a “Connected Account”) with the Services to take advantage of some of the features and functions of the Services, such as querying data and information associated with those Connected Accounts. By granting Company or any of the Third Party AI Tools access to any Connected Account (i) you represent and warrant that you are authorized and otherwise entitled (as an administrator of a Connected Account or otherwise), to disclose any log-in information provided by you in connection therewith and/or grant Company or a Third- Party Provider access to such Connected Account(s); (ii) you represent and warrant that you are in good standing with respect to such Connected Accounts, including with respect to any account you have with the provider(s) of such Connected Accounts; and (iii) you acknowledge that Company and Third-Party Providers may access and use data in connection with your Connected Accounts in accordance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx/privacy. You acknowledge and agree that each Connected Account, including access to and use thereof and uptimes related thereto, is solely determined by the applicable provider of the relevant Connected Account. Company will have no liability for any unavailability of any Connected Account, or any third-party provider’s decision to discontinue, suspend or terminate any Connected Account.
Connected Accounts. In order to access many of the features and functions of the Polimorphic, Service, Subscriber will need to link its Connected Accounts to the Polimorphic Service. By granting Polimorphic access to any Connected Account, (i) Subscriber represents and warrants that it is entitled to disclose any log-in information provided by Subscriber in connection therewith and/or to grant Polimorphic access to such Connected Accounts, (ii) Subscriber represents and warrants that it is in good standing with respect to such Connected Accounts, and (iii) Subscriber acknowledges that Polimorphic may access Connected Account Data so that it may be used in accordance with these Terms. Subscriber further acknowledges and agrees that each Connected Account, including access to and use thereof and uptimes related thereto, is solely determined by the applicable provider of the relevant Connected Account. Polimorphic will have no liability for any unavailability of any Connected Account, or any third party provider’s decision to discontinue, suspend or terminate any Connected Account.
Connected Accounts. Subscriber acknowledges that Polimorphic has no control over, or other ability or obligation with respect to the maintenance, upkeep, status or support of any Connected Accounts or other component thereof, including the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of any Connected Account Data. Subscriber further acknowledges that, as a result, Polimorphic will not be liable for any inaccuracies, losses or other claims arising from or related to any notifications, results, records or other outputs created or provided by the Polimorphic Service (collectively, “Outputs”) that are based on the Connected Account Data. Accordingly, Polimorphic makes no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy, timeliness, reliability or completeness of any Outputs. Polimorphic will have no liability with respect to any Outputs, any acts, omissions, reliance, delays, errors or other liabilities arising from or related to any Outputs, or any downtime, unavailability, inaccuracies or failures of any Connected Accounts. Subscriber represents and warrants that it has all necessary rights and authority to disclose any account credentials and passwords provided by Subscriber to Polimorphic related to any Connected Accounts, and that Polimorphic’s access to and use of any Connected Accounts will not require Polimorphic to pay any amounts to any third party.
