Hardware Device definition

Hardware Device is defined as hardware that meets both of the following requirements: (a) the hardware is managed by or used as part of the Services, and (b) the hardware is designated as a Hardware Device by Oracle. Title to Hardware Devices will transfer to You upon delivery to You unless otherwise specified in Your order.
Hardware Device means an individually addressed and addressable IP-enabled hardware device used by a Registered User, excluding tablets, desktop or laptop personal computers and mobile phones, that contains an integrated Licensee-branded Playback Client, including, without limitation, a set-top box (including without limitation a box with an integrated personal digital recorder (DVR) and/or web browser), an Internet-enabled television, a media extender, a home theater, a game console (including without limitation the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii, and any successor platforms thereto), a network-connected Blu-ray and/or DVD player, and a portable device.
Hardware Device means BSM or its third party providers telematics hardware devices or BSM or its third party provider mobile data terminals, as described in an Order Form.

  • Network Interface Device or "NID" is a Network Element (including all of its features, functions and capabilities) that includes any means of Interconnection of End User Customer premises wiring to Qwest's distribution plant, such as a cross connect device used for that purpose.   • Modules means the Base Modules and Extended Modules.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.
