Constructability Reviews. The Project Consultant shall review and comment on all constructability reviews submitted by the Construction Manager.

Constructability Reviews. 3.3.1. It is contemplated that the Construction Manager will have met with representatives of the Department and the Architect as well as other stakeholders to better develop the Department’s requirements for the Project following contract award. During the Preconstruction Phase, the Construction Manager will be required to provide constructability reviews of the design documents for the Project.
Constructability Reviews. The Construction Manager shall review the Architect’s 50% and 90% Construction Documents submissions and provide written comments on the coordination of the various disciplines, including, but not limited to, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and landscape. The Construction Manager shall perform constructability reviews of such Construction Documents utilizing a checklist type method such as Redicheck or some other form acceptable to District. The checklists shall be made available to the District. The Construction Manager shall confirm that all constructability comments and revisions agreed upon by the Construction Manager, Architect and District are incorporated into the Construction Documents prior to them being issued to bidders.

Constructability Reviews. Perform constructability reviews and site verification of the Project at the 100% Design Development Phase and at 90% Construction Documents. The Consultant shall review the design documents for clarity, consistency, constructability and coordination. The results of the review shall be provided in writing and as notations on the documents to the District. The Consultant shall also make recommendations to the District with respect to constructability, construction cost sequence of construction, construction duration and separation of the contracts for various projects into categories of the work and separate bid trade packages. However, the Consultant is not responsible for providing, nor does the Consultant control, the Project design or the contents of the design documents. The Consultant’s actions in reviewing the Project design and design documents and in making recommendations as provided herein are advisory only to the District. The Design Team members are not third party beneficiaries of the Consultant’s work described in this paragraph and the Design Team members remains solely responsible for the contents of design drawings and design documents.

Constructability Reviews. 5.1 The CM shall review the design throughout the Pre-Construction phase as to constructability, including without limitation all issues identified in the CM's Proposal. With respect to each such issue, the CM shall submit a written report to both the OWNER and the Project Designers. Constructability Reviews. Throughout the design development process, constructability reviews shall be conducted by the XXXX to confirm that the design addresses key construction phase issues, including technical feasibility, claims avoidance and quality. The constructability comments shall be provided to the Owner Project Team, who is responsible for confirming that they are addressed and/or resolved by the Library’s A/E Design Team. The XXXX shall make recommendations and submit a report upon the general constructability of the design; construction documents that appear to be ambiguous, incomplete, excessively restrictive, defective or incorrect; designs and specifications not in compliance with codes and standards; the use of alternative materials and/or means or methods of construction; and other economies in design or construction.
