Constructability Reviews. The Project Consultant shall review and comment on all constructability reviews submitted by the Construction Manager.

Constructability Reviews. The Construction Manager shall review the Architect’s 50% and 90% Construction Documents submissions and provide written comments on the coordination of the various disciplines, including, but not limited to, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and landscape. The Construction Manager shall perform constructability reviews of such Construction Documents utilizing a checklist type method such as Redicheck or some other form acceptable to District. The checklists shall be made available to the District. The Construction Manager shall confirm that all constructability comments and revisions agreed upon by the Construction Manager, Architect and District are incorporated into the Construction Documents prior to them being issued to bidders.
Constructability Reviews. The XXXX will evaluate whether (a) the Drawings and Specifications are configured to enable efficient construction, (b) design elements are standardized, (c) construction efficiency is properly considered in the Drawings and Specifications, (d) module/preassembly design are prepared to facilitate fabrication, transport and installation, (e) the design promotes accessibility of personnel, material and equipment and facilitates construction under adverse weather conditions, (f) sequences of Work required by or inferable from the Drawings and Specifications are practicable, and

It is contemplated that the Construction Manager will have met with representatives of the Department and the Architect as well as other stakeholders to better develop the Department’s requirements for the Project following contract award. During the Preconstruction Phase, the Construction Manager will be required to provide constructability reviews of the design documents for the Project. 3.3.2. The Construction Manager shall meet with the representatives of the Department, Architect and Client Agency throughout the Preconstruction Phase as the design progresses and these and other stakeholders provide input in and approve the design direction at appropriate times. The GMP Basis Documents, and all interim design submissions shall be subject to review and approval by the Department, and the Construction Manager shall be required to provide input on these documents to address concerns raised by the Department and/or other project stakeholders and such reviews shall not entitle the Construction Manager to an increase in the Preconstruction Fee.

Constructability Reviews. CM@Risk shall evaluate whether: (a) Drawings and Specifications are configured to enable efficient construction; (b) design elements are standardized; (c) construction efficiency is properly considered in the Drawings and Specifications; (d) module/pre-assembly design are prepared to facilitate fabrication, transport and installation; (e) design promotes accessibility of personnel, material and equipment and facilitates construction under adverse weather conditions; (f) sequences of Work required by or inferable from the Drawings and Specifications are practicable; and (g) design has taken into consideration efficiency issues concerning access and entrance to the site, laydown and storage of materials, staging of site facilities, construction parking and other similar pertinent issues.
Constructability Reviews. Perform constructability reviews and site verification of the Project at the 100% Design Development Phase and at 90% Construction Documents. The Consultant shall review the design documents for clarity, consistency, constructability and coordination. The results of the review shall be provided in writing and as notations on the documents to the District. The Consultant shall also make recommendations to the District with respect to constructability, construction cost sequence of construction, construction duration and separation of the contracts for various projects into categories of the work and separate bid trade packages. However, the Consultant is not responsible for providing, nor does the Consultant control, the Project design or the contents of the design documents. The Consultant’s actions in reviewing the Project design and design documents and in making recommendations as provided herein are advisory only to the District. The Design Team members are not third party beneficiaries of the Consultant’s work described in this paragraph and the Design Team members remains solely responsible for the contents of design drawings and design documents.

Constructability Reviews. 5.1 The CM shall review the design throughout the Pre-Construction phase as to constructability, including without limitation all issues identified in the CM's Proposal. With respect to each such issue, the CM shall submit a written report to both the OWNER and the Project Designers. Constructability Reviews a. Design-Builder will prepare draft Construction Sequencing Plans and draft Mobilization and Site Access Plans during the 60% Design Stage. b. Constructability Workshops i. Design-Builder will conduct one (1) four (4)-hour, in-person workshop to review these plans. ii. Consultant will review the draft Construction Sequencing Plan and a draft Mobilization and Site Access Plan ahead of each workshop. Comments on the documents will be communicated to the Design-Builder at the subsequent workshops and be documented in the workshop minutes. No separate comment log will be generated for these documents. iii. Workshop coordination will occur during weekly Design-Builder Progress Meeting. iv. Design-Builder will prepare agenda, presentation materials, and minutes for all workshops. v. Consultant’s PM and up to two (2) technical support staff will attend the workshop. vi. Consultant will review workshop minutes and submit comments. vii. Time allocated for workshops includes review of workshop minutes. a. Constructability Report Review Meetings i. Design-Builder will conduct a meeting to discuss responses to the Constructability Report with the Consultant and the City. ii. The meeting will be four (4) hours long and conducted in person. iii. Design-Builder will prepare an agenda, presentation materials, and minutes for the meeting. iv. Consultant’s PM and up to two (2) technical support staff will attend the meeting. v. Consultant will provide comments on the meeting minutes. vi. Time allocated for the meeting includes review of the meeting minutes.
