Construction Contract Administration, including. Review of Contractor's contract execution for compliance with Contract Document requirements, DWSRF, and environmental documents; • Perform labor compliance tasks in compliance with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and/or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ requirements, including verifying certified payrolls, DBE utilization, subcontractor utilization, and labor interviews; • Review of Contractor's submittals for compliance with Contract Documents; • Review of Contractor's request for information and either provide information from Contract Documents back to the Contractor or route request to Design Engineer for resolution; • Completion of Daily Inspection Reports; • Review of Contractor's pay requests and recommendations to District as to acceptability of requests; and • Communication with Contractor regarding acceptability of work. • Coordination with the Plant and Maintenance Staff for the salvaging of all equipment and where to deliver all of the material. • Coordination with the Canyon Lake Fire Department Fire Marshal for inspection and certification of all chemical systems.
