Construction Plan Status Reports. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider with a written construction plan status report every seventy five (75) Calendar Days after the initial construction plan is received by the CAISO until the S- Line Upgrade Project is energized and the incremental transfer capacity is transferred to the CAISO’s operational control as an entitlement. Transmission Provider shall notify Interconnection Customer when the incremental transfer capacity is transferred to the CAISO’s operational control as an entitlement. Each such construction plan status report shall include the S-Line Upgrade Project schedule; permit and license status, including environmental, state, and local permits and licenses; right-of- way acquisition status; land acquisition status; design and engineering status; events that might affect the ability to meet design specifications; status of contracts for project work, including land, procurement, and staffing; construction status; testing status; risks and obstacles to project completion; and S- Line Upgrade Project budget status, actual construction costs borne by Transmission Provider to date, estimate to complete construction, and contingency.. The format for the construction plan status reports shall be in accordance with the CAISO Business Practice Manual for the Transmission Planning Process. Within thirty (30) Calendar Days after receipt of each construction plan status report, the CAISO is expected to notify Transmission Provider as to whether the Project status as reported is consistent with the Project details set forth in Appendices A-2 and B-2. Following receipt of such notification from the CAISO, Transmission Provider will in turn notify Interconnection Customer of the CAISO’s findings.

Each such construction plan status report shall include detailed information with regard to the R-Line Upgrade Project schedule; permit and license status, including environmental, state, and local permits and licenses; right-of-way acquisition status; land acquisition status; design and engineering status; events that might affect the ability to meet design specifications; status of contracts for project work, including land, procurement, and staffing; construction status; testing status; risks and obstacles to project completion; and R-Line Upgrade Project budget status, actual construction costs borne by Transmission Provider to date, estimate to complete construction, and contingency.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.

  • Interpretation of Contract Documents The Contract Documents shall be construed neither against nor in favor of either party, but shall be construed in a neutral manner.

  • Construction Contract Documents The Construction Contract Documents shall consist of the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineer, and any addenda and change orders thereto, and the Owner-Contractor Agreement, all of which shall be compatible and consistent with this Agreement.

  • REVIEW OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 4.2.1 The Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and shall immediately report in writing to the Architect and the State any error, inconsistency or omission he may discover. The Contractor shall not be liable to the State or the Architect for any damage resulting from any such errors, inconsistencies or omissions in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract Documents or, where required, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples for such portion of the Work.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
