Common use of Construction Procedures Clause in Contracts

Construction Procedures. 1. When submitting construction plans and specifications (preliminary, completed or final), Tenant or Tenant’s appointed representative shall issue Tenant’s plans, specifications and supporting documents electronically via emails to Landlord’s construction coordinator. 2. Once the applicable Plans are approved by Landlord, except for (A) changes required by governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Site or (B) interior changes requested by Tenant, and in each case which would not impair the value of the Site, Tenant shall not amend, modify or supplement the applicable General Construction Contract in any respect, except pursuant to change orders approved by Landlord, and shall not attempt to terminate, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, the applicable General Construction Contract without the prior written consent of Landlord, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
