Construction Site Access. Purchaser acknowledges that a construction site can be dangerous and that the site conditions are constantly changing. Unless accompanied by a representative of Seller, Purchaser agrees not to enter onto the Development prior to the Closing Date without the prior written consent of Seller and accompanied by a representative of Seller. Because there are numerous conditions at a job site that are dangerous, many of which are not obvious, Seller is not responsible for informing Purchaser of any specific conditions at the Property that may be dangerous. Instead, if Purchaser enters upon the Property with or without Seller’s permission prior to the Closing Date (i) Purchaser will be responsible for determining the appropriate precautions to protect Purchaser and Purchaser’s agents, representatives and invitees (collectively, the “Purchaser’s Group”) from and against such dangers, and (ii) PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RISK RELATED TO THE PROPERTY AND/OR INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH) TO PURCHASER AND/OR PURCHASER’S GROUP, INVITEES, GUESTS, OR OTHERS ACCOMPANYING PURCHASER IN ANY CAPACITY, ARISING FROM ENTRY ON OR ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT AND WILL DEFEND AND HOLD SELLER HARMLESS IN THE EVENT CLAIMS BY PURCHASER OR PURCHASER'S GROUP, INVITEES, GUESTS, OR OTHERS ACCOMPANYING OWNER
Construction Site Access. Buyer understands they do not own the house or property until escrow has closed. Due to liability and jobsite safety hazards, Buyer and Representatives are not allowed to access the construction site at any time prior to closing without an appointment coordinated by Xxxxxx’s Broker. Xxxxx acknowledges that even though Sisters Woodlands Development Inc has made precautions to ensure any risk of damage or injury is minimized, Buyer, in exchange for the opportunity to view the job site, expressly assumes the risk of any damage or injury that may occur during their visit. After a written notice, Seller reserves the right to terminate this agreement for additional failure by Xxxxx, their Representatives and/or Xxxxx's Agent to adhere to these restrictions.

Buyer shall not enter onto the Property without the approval of the Seller. Even if accompanied by a Seller representative, conditions at a job site may be dangerous, and Seller is not responsible for informing Buyer of any specific conditions at the Property that may be dangerous. If Buyer enters upon the Property with or without Seller’s permission, accompanied or unaccompanied by a representative of Seller, (i) Buyer will be responsible for determining the appropriate precautions to protect Buyer and Buyer’s agents, representatives and invitees (collectively, the “Buyer’s Group”) from and against such dangers, and (ii) Buyer assumes all risk related to the Property and/or injuries or death to buyer and buyer's group. Buyer further agrees not to instruct or otherwise interfere with or permit any of Buyer’s Group to instruct or interfere, in Seller’s determination, with any persons that perform work at the Property. Seller reserves the right, in Seller’s sole discretion, to cause Buyer and Buyer’s Group to leave the Property and to prohibit Buyer and Buyer’s Group access to the Property. The provisions in this Section 7 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the closing.
Construction Site Access. Coordinate access to the site for inspections and site visits by the City staff and consultants.
Construction Site Access. During the construction of the Fire Station and related site work, Tenant, and Tenant’s contractors and subcontractors, shall access the Project Site from Centennial Drive.

The Developer of the site must provide a plan that is approved by the City’s Director of Public Works or his or her designee for construction access on Xxxxx Road and a construction access plan along 135th Street that is approved by the Will County Department of Transportation or his or her designee.
