Common use of Consultation Committee Clause in Contracts

Consultation Committee. 27.01 The Board and the Association agree that the Consultation Committee shall meet not less than once a term during each school year. 27.02 The parties shall co-chair the committee. 27.03 The timing and agenda for each meeting shall be arranged by the co- chairs. Each party may submit agenda items. 27.04 Items on the agenda shall be issues relating to the workplace which affect the parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.
