Cost Controls. The Coordinator of the Professional Learning Program shall be responsible for maintaining the program budget. Monthly, the District will provide a budget printout to the Coordinator. The continuation of the Professional Learning Program is expressly contingent upon working within the income and expenditures of the Professional Learning Program budget.

NSF and its contractor, Leidos led team called Antarctic Support Contract (ASC), and NASA/CSBF have established levels of nominal support that both agencies have traditionally offered to their science customers and that will be used by the respective program offices to make final determination as to what is considered baseline level of support. Exceptions and special support requirements required by the NASA Balloon Program will be specifically called out in this plan. Changes to support requirements after the signing of this BIMP will be adjudicated by the parties.
Cost Controls. Xxxxxxxx shall, and shall cause Contractor to, use reasonable efforts to obtain subcontracts, equipment, and materials that represent the best value (but not necessarily the lowest cost) as determined by Xxxxxxxx and Contractor in their reasonable, professional discretion. Xxxxxxxx shall, and shall cause Contractor to, use reasonable efforts (but neither Xxxxxxxx nor Contractor shall be required hereunder) to use competitive processes wherever practicable and advantageous for such subcontracts, equipment and materials. Upon request of Herndon, Xxxxxxxx shall provide any documents or information Herndon reasonably requests relating to Xxxxxxxx’x performance of its obligations under this paragraph.
