Consultations by CDFG Sample Clauses

The 'Consultations by CDFG' clause establishes the requirement for the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) to be consulted during certain project planning or execution phases. Typically, this clause outlines when and how project proponents must seek input or approval from CDFG, such as when activities may impact wildlife or habitats under the department's jurisdiction. Its core function is to ensure that environmental considerations are integrated into project decisions, thereby helping to protect natural resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
