Information About Your Accounts. Although there are two or more accounts associated with your funds (the Account and the Sub-Deposit Account), your Account is treated as a single account for our reporting deposits and withdrawals, as well as for balance requirement, service charge, and monthly statement (which will reflect the total balance in your Account and each Sub-Deposit Account, excluding any payments or amounts owed or belonging to us or any Program Bank). The funds you deposit with us in your Account (whether or not transferred to a Sub-Deposit Account) will be made available to you in accordance with this Agreement (and regardless of the performance of any of our loans or investments, subject to FDIC insurance limitations). The existence of the Sub-Deposit Account will not change the manner in which you use or obtain information about your Account. Transfers to and from your Sub-Deposit Account will not appear on your monthly statement. We are responsible for the accuracy of your Account statements, not the Program Banks.

Information About Your Accounts. You authorize us to share information concerning your accounts with other entities as permitted or required by law, including affiliates of the Credit Union.
Information About Your Accounts. Although there are two or more accounts associated with your funds (the Account and the Sub-Deposit Account), your Account is treated as a single account for our reporting deposits and withdrawals, accruing interest in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Section titled “Interest Information,” as well as for balance requirement, service charge, and monthly statement (which will reflect the total balance in your Account and each Sub-Deposit Account, excluding any payments or amounts owed or belonging to us or any Program Bank). The funds you deposit with us in your Account (whether nor not transferred to a Sub- Deposit Account) will be made available to you in accordance with this Agreement (and regardless of the performance of any of our loans or investments, subject to FDIC insurance limitations). The existence of the Sub- Deposit Account will not change the manner in which you use, obtain information about your Account, or obtain interest on your Account. Transfers to and from the Sub-Deposit Account will not appear on your monthly statement. We are responsible for the accuracy of your Account statements, not the Program Banks. You will receive periodic information which will reflect the opening and closing balances of your Sub-Deposit Accounts at each Program Bank for the applicable period.
Information About Your Accounts. At the present time, you may use Jefferson Financial FCU Online Banking to: • Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts via check. • Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts. • Obtain balances, histories, and other information for your savings, checking, loan, and share certificate (CD) accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings and checking accounts. • Access your LOC, and HELOC accounts, to make loan advances on your pre-approved lines of credit. • Determine if a particular item has cleared. • Obtain tax information on amounts earned on savings and checking accounts or interest paid on loan accounts. • Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. • Transfer funds to member accounts. • Place stop payments and reorder checks. • Personalize account titles • Purchase Share Certificates (CDs) • Change the Jefferson Financial FCU Online Banking ID and password. • Open secondary accounts. The following limitations on Jefferson Financial FCU Online Banking may apply: • For security reasons, your access to the Service will be blocked in the event your Password is entered incorrectly on six (6) consecutive access attempts. • There is an inactive time limit for a member, and a total time limit for a member’s session. • This service may be interrupted for a time each day for data processing. Balances shown may include deposits still subject to verification by us. The balances shown also may differ from your records because they may not include deposits in progress, outstanding checks, or other withdrawals, payments, or charges. In addition to viewing account information, you may use Online Banking to conduct the transfer of funds among accounts. Account history information can be downloaded to your PC using Quicken®. Should you wish to download history information, you are solely responsible for the purchase, installation and support of such software packages.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement.
