CONSUMER EQUIPMENT. (a) The consumer shall be responsible for the electrical installations, appliances and apparatus on the consumer’s side of the point of delivery and for the electric power after it passes said point of delivery. (b) In addition, it shall be the consumer’s responsibility to provide suitable protective equipment such as fuses, circuit breakers, relays and groundings adequate to protect the consumer’s equipment. If three-phase equipment is used, it shall be the consumer’s responsibility to protect it against phase failures, as well as under or over voltage conditions. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide suitable protective devices for the equipment on the consumer's premises. Surge protection and power conditioning should be used for all sensitive electronic equipment. Sensitive electronic equipment includes, but is not limited to, personal computers, and all related computer equipment such as televisions, audio equipment and heating appliances such as Monitor and Toyo stoves. If three-phase equipment is installed, it is the consumer's responsibility to protect such equipment against single-phase operation and under-voltage and over-voltage conditions. Minimum protective devices considered necessary for motor protection are: (1) Line Starting Protection--Any motor which, in starting, might be damaged by the full line voltage requires some type of protective device to disconnect it from the line during interruptions in service, thus protecting the motor when service is restored. Such a device should also be equipped with a time delay mechanism so that the motor will not be disconnected by momentary fluctuations in voltage.

(b) In addition, it shall be the consumer’s responsibility to provide suitable protective equipment such as drains, water catchments, pressure valves, and water-cutoff valves adequate to protect the consumer’s equipment. It is the consumer’s responsibility to provide suitable protective devices for the equipment on the consumer's premises.
CONSUMER EQUIPMENT. (a) The consumer shall be responsible for the gas installations, appliances and apparatus on the consumer’s side of the point of delivery and for the gas after it passes said point of delivery. (b) In addition, it shall be the consumer’s responsibility to provide suitable protective equipment such as home CO2 detectors.
CONSUMER EQUIPMENT. Where the Equipment are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use or consumption then this clause will apply: (a) Clause 11.8(c) will not apply and the following clause will apply instead: We and our subcontractors will endeavour to deliver the Equipment within any agreed timeframes, and will not be liable for failure to deliver, a delay in delivery of, or misdelivery of the Equipment or their contents, due to weather or other circumstances beyond our or our subcontractors’ control. In this event we or our subcontractors will deliver as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Customer Equipment “Customer Equipment” means any Customer-owned or provided software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s). You agree to allow us and our agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or downloads to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give us access to the Customer Equipment. You should call Customer Service at 0-000-XXX-XXXX to find out if it meets our technical, security and other requirements. We reserve the right to disallow the use of Customer Equipment that we determine is not compatible with our network. We shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, or service Customer Equipment, including, but not limited to, Customer Equipment to which the Company or a third party has sent software or downloads. If you use Customer Equipment, you agree that the following limitation of liability shall apply: THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE, OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION, OR USE COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR COMPANY EQUIPMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SUCH FAILURE OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LACK OF 911/E911 CAPABILITY OR DIALING ASSOCIATED WITH A SECURITY SYSTEM. YOUR USE OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT MAY PREVENT PROVISION OF SERVICE. The foregoing limitation of liability is in addition to and shall not limit any other limitation of liability set forth in this Agreement.

  • Computer Equipment No computers and/or personal electronic devices, such as tablets and laptop computers, or any component thereof, may be purchased with funds provided under this Contract, regardless of purchase price, without prior written approval of ADMINISTRATOR. Any such purchase shall be in accordance with specifications provided by ADMINISTRATOR, be subject to the same inventory control conditions specified above in Subparagraphs 18.1.1 to 18.1.4, and, at the sole discretion of ADMINISTRATOR, become the property of COUNTY upon termination of this Contract.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • APPLIANCES The Landlord shall: (check one) ☐ - Provide the following appliances: [ENTER APPLIANCES] ☐ - Not provide any appliances.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Machinery Business machines and mechanical equipment belonging to Tenant which cause noise and/or vibration that may be transmitted to the structure of the Building or to any other leased space to such a degree as to be objectionable to Landlord or to any tenants in the Complex shall be placed and maintained by the party possessing the machines or equipment, at such party’s expense, in settings of cork, rubber or spring type noise and/or vibration eliminators, and Tenant shall take such other measures as needed to eliminate vibration and/or noise. If the noise or vibrations cannot be eliminated, Tenant must remove such equipment within ten (10) days following written notice from Landlord.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.

  • Equipment and Software To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.
