Not complying to the obligation described herein will imply that announcements, notification or communications sent and delivered in the name of the original addressees of the PARTY carrying out the change, will hold all legal effects in favor of the PARTY not having been advised in all opportunity as of the date of delivery and for as long as the non compliance subsists.
