Content of Technical Reports. To the best of enCore’s knowledge, the Xxxxxxx- Xxxx Technical Report, and the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Technical Report accurately and completely sets forth all material facts relating to the properties that are subject thereto as at the date of such report; since the date of preparation of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxx Technical Report and the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Technical Report, there has been no change, to the best of enCore’s knowledge, except as otherwise disclosed in the enCore Disclosure Letter, that would disaffirm or change any aspect of the Xxxxxxx-Xxxx Technical Report, and the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Technical Report in any material respect. (nn) NI 43-101. enCore is in compliance with NI 43-101 in all material respects in connection with the Xxxxxxx-Xxxx Xxxxxx Uranium Project, the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Project, and the Xxxxxx Project and, other than the Xxxxxxx- Xxxx Xxxxxx Uranium Project, the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte Uranium Project, and the Xxxxxx Project, enCore does not hold any interest in a mineral property that is material to enCore for the purposes of NI 43-101.

(nn) NI 43-101. Azarga is in compliance with NI 43-101 in all material respects in connection with the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Project and Gas Hills Uranium Project and, other than the Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Project and Gas Hills Uranium Project, Azarga does not hold any interest in a mineral property that is material to Azarga for the purposes of NI 43-101.
Content of Technical Reports. To the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, each of its Technical Reports accurately and completely sets forth all material facts relating to the properties that are subject thereto as at the date of such report; since the date of preparation of each Technical Report there has been no change, to the best of the Corporation’s knowledge, except as otherwise disclosed in the Prospectus, that would disaffirm or change any aspect of the Technical Reports in any material respect.

  • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Medical Reports The Employer agrees to pay the fee for medical reports required by the Employer for Sick Leave or Weekly Indemnity provisions to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00).

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Additional Reports Upon ADMINISTRATOR’s request, CONTRACTOR shall make such additional reports as required by ADMINISTRATOR concerning CONTRACTOR's activities as they affect the services hereunder. ADMINISTRATOR shall be specific as to the nature of information requested and allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for CONTRACTOR to respond.

  • How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Search Reports The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of UCC and other search reports from one or more commercial search firms acceptable to the Administrative Agent, listing all of the effective financing statements filed against any Credit Party, together with copies of such financing statements.

  • Medical Records Medical records relating to Trial Subjects that are not submitted to Sponsor may include some of the same information as is included in Trial Data; however, Sponsor makes no claim of ownership to those documents or the information they contain.
