Contents of Grievance. .1 The statement of grievance shall: a) be in writing, naming the party(ies) involved; b) specify the article(s) which are alleged to have been violated; c) contain a precise statement of the facts giving rise to the grievance; d) indicate the redress sought; and e) be signed by the grievor.
