CONTINOUS. Nature of the processing Flipsnack provides digital publication services on a SaaS delivery model. Purpose of the data transfer and further processing The purpose of the data processing under this DPA is the provision of Flipsnack Services to the Customer and the performance of Flipsnack’s obligations under the Agreement. The period for which the personal data will be retained, or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period. Personal data will be retained in the Flipsnack systems until thirty (30) days following the termination of the Agreement.
