Contract Liaison. Both parties agree to have specifically named Contract liaisons at all times. These representatives of the parties will be the first contacts regarding any questions and problems which arise during implementation and operation of the contract. Both parties agree to immediately notify the other party in writing should they appoint a Contract liaison other than the liaison named in this contract. The MCO’s Contract liaison may also fulfill the duties of the Medicaid Administrator, as outlined in Article III, Section 4 of the contract.
Contract Liaison. The Agency shall designate a contract liaison, which shall be identified in writing in its submitted Work Plan, to monitor the Agency’s performance of the provisions set forth in this Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract Liaison”). The Agency shall ensure that the Contract Liaison will be available to meet with the Recipient’s staff to review activities on an “as needed” basis, or as otherwise requested by the Recipient. Should there be any change in the Agency’s Contract Liaison, the Recipient shall be promptly notified of such change in writing in accordance with Article XVI, Section 2 of this Contract.

The Project Sponsor shall designate a contract liaison, to monitor the Project Sponsor’s performance of the provisions set forth in this Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract Liaison”). The Project Sponsor shall ensure that the Contract Liaison will be available to meet with the Agent’s staff to review activities on an “as needed” basis, or as otherwise requested by the Agent. Contract Liaison. The performance of Consulting Services under the Agreement will be coordinated through Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, who has been designated as the Contract Liaison for this Agreement (the “Contract Liaison”). All reports, documents, and communications relating to Boston Scientific will occur through such Contract Liaison, or to persons designated by the Contract Liaison. Boston Scientific may designate a new Contract Liaison by written notice to Consultant.
Contract Liaison. CMHSP shall assign a contract liaison. The contract liaison or designee will be available to provide technical assistance to CONTRACTOR regarding services provided under this Contract if a need for such assistance has been identified by CMHSP or by CONTRACTOR.
Contract Liaison. The person designated by each Party to discuss and resolve operational matters conducted under the terms of this MOU. Channel Service Unit/Data Service Unit (CSU/DSU): A CSU connects a computer terminal to a digital line; and a DSU performs protective and diagnostic functions for a telecommunications line, functioning similarly to a modem, and usually packaged as a single unit. Such a device is required for both ends of a T- 1 or T-3 digital line connection, or in the case of the SSA/HASC configurations, a 56kbs Advanced Digital Network connection.

Contract Liaison. The parties shall jointly appoint a designated contact from HAULER that a DISTRICT Director, staff member, or other officer or agent can readily contact who is familiar with the DISTRICT’s program and who can readily assist the caller in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Calls shall be returned promptly and in no event later than twenty-four (24) hours, excluding weekends, after the call or other contact.
Contract Liaison. The performance of Consulting Services (defined below) under this Agreement will be coordinated through Robexx X. XxxXxxx ("Xr. XxxXxxx"), the Boston Scientific executive who has been designated as the Contract Liaison for this Agreement (the "Contract Liaison"). The Contract Liaison will direct the activities of Consultant and from time to time specify Consultant's assignments. If BSC designates a new Contract Liaison to replace Mr. XxxXxxx, xx will provide notice to Consultant. All reports, documents, and communications relating to the provision of the Consulting Services shall be transmitted to Boston Scientific through the Contract Liaison, or to persons designated by the Contract Liaison.
