CONTRACT MANAGEMENT GROUP. Ealing will Chair the Contract Management Group for the Leisure Contract, at lead officer level, that will meet two weeks in advance of Partnership Board Meetings. The Terms of Reference of the Leisure Contract Management Group are as follows:  Discuss any matter relating to the performance of the Leisure Contract and any contractual requirements involved in providing the Service;  Prepare and agree a sustainable mobilisation plan with the Contractor to enable a smooth transition to the new joint service;  Clarifying and agreeing objectives for the Leisure Contract;  provide or arrange promptly and diligently such legal advice as requested by the Partnership Board from time to time;  provide or arrange promptly and diligently such human resources advice as requested by the Partnership Board from time to time;  provide or arrange promptly and diligently such additional administrative services, resources and office facilities that may be reasonably necessary to discharge Partnership Board’s functions;  Commission audits where there are performance or contractual compliance concerns with the contractor;  Reviewing, adding, deleting and/or improving contract key performance indicators;  Taking benchmarking advice from auditing authorities in establishing future targets;  Undertake benchmarking exercises, where relevant  to carry out functions delegated to it by their respective Partnership Board members  monitor the performance of the contractor in accordance with the Leisure Contract;  Report back to the Partnership Board on a Quarterly basis, or as agreed, with performance monitoring information as required by the Partnership Board.

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT GROUP. 32.1 Each Party must identify one (1) Contract Management Representative to be responsible for operational coordination and contract management and one (1) Escalation Representative to assist in any Dispute Resolution, both to be listed in the Contract Details, and to be changed in accordance with Clause 22 (Notices).
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT GROUP. 11.1 A Contract Management Group (CMG) consisting of three (3) NZALPA pilots and nominated Company or Virgin Group representatives shall meet at least six (6) times a year to discuss issues including, but not limited to, FRMS review, rostering, standard of meals/accommodation, car parking and transport, port information, scheduling and scheduling rules (including hours of work), Preferential Bidding System, 28 day reserve line and other matters covered by this Agreement. The Company will facilitate the attendance of the three (3) NZALPA pilot representatives at the CMG, for example, by committing to release them if they are rostered on to work on a meeting day. Where requested by pilot representatives, a representative of NZALPA can attend these meetings.

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.
