Contractor Fee. The Client shall pay to Independent Contractor $10,000.00 US Dollars per month, or any portion at the time of termination of the Agreement payable on the first day of each month.
Contractor Fee. See Article 7.3 of the General Conditions.
Contractor Fee. The Contractor Fee shall be payable to Contractor in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Construction Contract.
Contractor Fee. As consideration for supervision and contracting services provided to the Partnership, the Partnership shall pay the General Partner a contractor fee in an amount equal to the lesser of (A) $30,000 or (B) eight (8%) percent of the cost of the additional construction work required to be performed with respect to the Apartment Complex ("Contractor Fee"), which shall be paid by the Partnership pursuant to a note ("Contractor Note") in substantially the form annexed to the Contribution Agreement as Exhibit T to be executed on the date hereof. If any or all of the Contractor Note remains unpaid at the end of the Compliance Period, the General Partner shall be obligated to contribute such unpaid amount to the Partnership for payment thereof. If, in any fiscal year of the Partnership, the Partnership's payments ("Contractor Note Payments") in reduction of the Contractor Note (including principal and unpaid interest thereon) are less than the depreciable portion of such fee for such year then the full amount of such depreciable portion shall be taken into income for Federal income tax purposes by the General Partner in such year; in all other cases the actual amount of the Contractor Note Payments made during such year shall be taken into income for Federal income tax purposes by the General Partner upon receipt thereof. Upon request, the General Partner will submit to the Special Limited Partner such evidence as may be required for the Special Limited Partner to confirm that, for Federal income tax purposes, the Contractor Fee was taken into income as aforesaid.
Contractor Fee. Owner shall pay Contractor a fixed percentage markup on Hourly Rates for Work satisfactorily performed by Contractor, as further defined in Schedule J-1 (“Contractor Fee”). The Contractor Fee shall be payable every two (2) weeks for the applicable amount calculated as set forth in Schedule J-1. The Contractor Fee shall not be subject to adjustment except as specified in Schedule J-1.
Contractor Fee. 3.1 Owner shall pay Contractor an amount calculated at a fixed, twelve percent (12%) markup on Allowable Costs for Work performed by Contractor in accordance with the Agreement (“Contractor Fee”), subject to Section 6.2 and Article 8 of this Schedule J-1. The Contractor Fee shall be inclusive of all profit and other costs and expenses of Contractor performing the Work, other than the Corporate Overhead, the Allowable Costs and, if applicable, the Incentive Payment. The Contractor Fee is not subject to escalation for any reason, and is subject to adjustment only under the express provisions of this Agreement.
Contractor Fee. For the services rendered by the CONTRACTOR as described in Section 3 above, XXXXX will reimburse to him amount equal to the total of the CONTRACTOR'S expenses according to the present agreement and supported by the respective invoices. Additionally the general expenses for the establishment and operation of the CONTRACTOR'S subsidiaries will not be invoiced to XXXXX and will be incurred by the CONTRACTOR.
Contractor Fee. The Contract will include a contractor fee of no more than that percentage agreed to as part of the contractor selection process (the “Fee”), and as more fully described in the Contract. The Fee will be calculated after material, labor and subcontractor costs, but before bond and insurance costs. Contractor will endeavor to maintain a consistent staff working on the Project. Specifically, the Contractor will make best efforts to retain the same project manager and superintendent for the Project throughout the Pre-Construction Phase and into Construction. Changes to staffing can only be made with the consent of the Owner.
Contractor Fee. As additional consideration for this Contract, the Contractor agrees to pay to the Village a fee in the amount of two thousand and no/100 dollars ($2,000.00) per year beginning on the first of April, 2016 and continuing every April first for the remainder of the Contract.
Contractor Fee. If the Agreement is a CMGC Agreement, the term “Contractor Fee” is defined in the Agreement. Otherwise, the term “Contractor Fee” shall mean the part of the Contract Sum allocated in the Schedule of Values to Contractor’s profit, administrative and overhead expenses.
