• Following receipt by Contractor of Owner’s statement of Subcontractor Costs as provided in Section 3.9(c) above, Contractor shall promptly review and verify that the statement and all related supporting documentation is accurate (but in any event within ten (10) Days following receipt of the same).

Subcontractor Costs. When pre-approved by the County’s Site Project Manager or designee, the use of subcontractors or specialized services labor and equipment shall be reimbursed at the actual cost. No markup for subcontractor labor and equipment shall be allowed in this Contract.

Subcontractor Costs means: all damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs and expenses (“Losses”) that have been or will be reasonably and properly incurred by the Private Party as a direct result of termination of the Agreement, but only to the extent that: the Losses are incurred in connection with the provision of Services or the completion of the Works by the Subcontractors in terms of the Operations Subcontract and Construction Subcontract, including, without limitation the cost of any material or goods ordered or Subcontracts placed that cannot be cancelled without such Losses being incurred; Subcontractor losses of profits for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months; any expenditure incurred in anticipation of the provision of the Services or the completion of Works; the cost of demobilisation including the cost of relocation of equipment used in connection with the Project; and redundancy payments and other termination payments which are required under Law to be made to employees of the Subcontractors reasonably and properly incurred by the Subcontractors arising as a direct result of terminating this Agreement save for such payments not arising out of contracts of employment or other agreements or arrangements entered into by the Subcontractors not entered into in connection with the Project; and the Losses are incurred under arrangements and/or agreements that are consistent with terms that have been entered into in the ordinary course of business and on reasonable commercial terms; and each of the Private Party and the relevant Subcontractor has used reasonable endeavours to mitigate its Losses.

Subcontractor Costs means the compensation to be paid by MD ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Service Provider as reimbursement for fees paid by Service Provider to a subcontractor (or subcontractors) that is (are) subcontracted by Service Provider to perform services related to a specific Work Assignment. Payments for Subcontractor Costs shall be made pursuant to the requirements set forth below.

Subcontractor Costs. As previously stated, proposed cost information for major sub-contractors shall be furnished in the same format and level of detail as prescribed for the prime Offeror described in the first paragraph of the Cost/Price section above. Additionally, the Offeror shall submit the following information for all subcontractor’s over the previously discussed $2,000,000 threshold:
