Subcontractor Costs definition

Subcontractor Costs means all costs incurred by subcontractors for the project, including labor and non-labor costs.

Subcontractor Costs. When pre-approved by the County’s Site Project Manager or designee, the use of subcontractors or specialized services labor and equipment shall be reimbursed at the actual cost. No markup for subcontractor labor and equipment shall be allowed in this Contract.

Subcontractor Costs means the compensation to be paid by MD ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Service Provider as reimbursement for fees paid by Service Provider to a subcontractor (or subcontractors) that is (are) subcontracted by Service Provider to perform services related to a specific Work Assignment. Payments for Subcontractor Costs shall be made pursuant to the requirements set forth below.

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.
