Contractor Launch Schedule Adjustments. Contractor may postpone or request an advancement of the Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date by giving notice to Customer proposing a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date. The Parties will cooperate in good faith to select a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date. However, in the case of a postponement, if the Parties cannot mutually agree within [***] days of Contractor’s proposal (or such shorter time period as Contractor may determine, in light of the proximity to the Launch), Contractor shall make such determination in good faith taking into account the available Launch Opportunities and the requirements and interests of Customer. Contractor Launch Schedule Adjustments. Without limiting the Contractor's rights under Article 8 of this Contract entitled "Excusable Delays", Contractor may postpone, for the reasons set forth in Articles 7.2(a), and 7.2(b) below, the Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date previously determined under Article 6 entitled "Launch Schedule" by giving notice to Customer proposing a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date. The Parties will cooperate in good faith to select a new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date. However, if the Parties cannot mutually agree within sixty (60) days of Contractor's proposal (or such shorter time period as Contractor may determine, in light of the proximity to the Launch), Contractor shall make such determination in good faith taking into account the available Launch Opportunities and the requirements and interests of Customer. Until the new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date is selected in accordance with this Paragraph 7.2, the then-current launch schedule shall remain in effect.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Price decreases may be made at any time. Additionally, some price decreases shall be calculated in accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee.
