Entry Level. New Graduate – Rural, Regional and Community Health Centres/Services 27.5.1 This clause 27.5 applies to Employees employed in a Rural or Regional Health Service or in a Community Health Centre/Service. 27.5.2 An Employee who holds: a. a four year undergraduate qualification; or b. a three year undergraduate qualification and either holds an Honours degree, or is required to do a 12 month internship; shall be classified as, or deemed to have been classified as, and paid at the rate of UG1 Grade1 3rd year of experience after qualification. 27.5.3 An Employee classified as UG1 Grade 1 2nd year of experience shall be reclassified as, or deemed to have been reclassified as, and have their rate of pay adjusted to that of UG1 Grade 1 3rd year of experience after qualification. Such Employee will thereafter receive his or her subsequent incremental increase on the anniversary of his or her qualification.
Entry Level. 1.1.1 An employee will be engaged at this level for a period of up to 3 months. The employee has no experience or qualification in any functions/activities associated with employment in the aged care industry and undertakes training in basic workplace practices and procedures (e.g. workplace health and safety, work and document procedures and quality control/assurance). 1.1.2 An employee at this level performs routine duties to their level of their training in the age care industry which are simple repetitive tasks within the range of delegated or assigned. The employee would exercise minimal judgement and be working under Supervision of a Registered or Enrolled Nurse. 1.1.3 An employee remains at this level for a probationary period of up to 3 months. A successful completion of the probationary period is where the employee has achieved the competency/tasks required for this level.
Entry Level. This is normally a trainee level. Employees perform the more routine, less complex job assignments, while learning the more complex operations, policies, assignments, policies, and programs related to their work area. Entry LevelThe Employer retains the right to establish entry-level rates as may be appropriate at less than the full schedule rate. These rates will be established through negotiations with the Union. The current Entry Level Rate is 96 percent of the appropriate Journeyman scale. The reduced rate will apply until the performance capabilities and competence of the employee have been satisfactorily demonstrated, normally six months. Full schedule rates will not be withheld on the basis of the employee not being provided switchman certification training within the first six months. However, if satisfactory performance is not evident after six months, the reduced salary rate shall be continued for the balance of their probationary period. If satisfactory performance is not achieved during the probationary period, the employee shall be terminated.
Entry Level. A Lineworker Level II may be an entry-level position for the program provided the incumbent has equivalent skills and experience and meets the minimum requirement for a Level III position as determined by the Superintendent of HPP.

Entry LevelOpen positions in Classification 1 shall be considered entry level positions and shall be filled at the discretion of the Employer. Open entry-level positions will be posted both internally and externally for at least five (5) days. During this posting period, substitute employees who are covered by this Agreement will be eligible to apply. Interviews will be prioritized for substitutes who complete the application process.
Entry Level. Entry Level is defined as an Employee who has less than three (3) months construction work experience. Following the three (3) month period the Employee will automatically be employed in the appropriate Group level applicable to that skill following formal assessment to determine skill or attain appropriate tickets/licences to align with the Group level. (a) Approach to inclement weather: (1) The Parties and the Employees covered by the Agreement will work collectively towards the minimisation of lost time due to inclement weather. (2) Where it is necessary to do so, work will continue during periods of inclement weather. The Employer will issue all necessary PPE where appropriate. (b) The following principles shall apply: (1) With the exception of extreme weather events such as cyclones, the Employer will provide the option for Employees to stay on-Site for the scheduled work hours and maintain their weekly work cycle earnings, including any scheduled overtime. (2) Employees who are unable to work safely in a particular location because of the inclement weather may be redirected by the Employer to a location where they can work safely; (3) Employees who are unable to work safely because of inclement weather and are not re-directed to work will be required to ‘stand by’. The Employer may provide training, briefing or work planning sessions for these Employees, so some of these Employees, although this may not occupy all of the time the Employees may be required to be on ‘stand by’. (4) Resumption of work after periods of inclement weather shall be subject to the requirements of ‘Changed Conditions Inspections’.
Entry Level. Physically able to perform the work. - Provincial license as a millwright with ability to obtain appropriate welding and brazing tickets as necessary. - Ability to prepare technical reports. - Willing and able to pass all safety and training programs required for this position. - Ability to safely perform current duties. - Has obtained appropriate welding and brazing tickets as necessary. - Familiar with design, layout, and recent history of air compressors, with all product compressors and turbines. - Familiar with plant process up to Operator Level 2. - Minimum of 6 months in-plant experience. - Minimum of 1 year in-plant experience. - Has obtained a TSSA compressor operator ticket - Familiar with all major rotating, Emergency systems and equipment including design, layout, typical vibration levels, typical problems and recent history. - Can demonstrate what a typical overhaul might entail and how it would be done on major equipment. - Is familiar with spare parts inventory and is able to recommend modifications to inventory based on experience. - Monitors vibration and oil analysis programs and takes appropriate action. - Is familiar with contacts within Praxair for technical help. - Familiar with design, layout, and recent history Argon Compressor
Entry Level. A . New employees shall be hired normally at the entry rate for their job . When an employee possesses unusual qualifications or when necessary due to fluctuations in the local labor market, the Employer may hire at a salary up to the midpoint of the salary range of the applicable job classification . In determining the appropriate salary level for such new hire, ALPA will give consideration to the local labor market and the applicant’s job experience, related job experience and, where appropriate, education or special skills . B . Whenever a new employee is hired at a rate higher than any existing employee in the same job classification and in the same work unit, ALPA agrees to increase correspondingly the salary of any existing employee(s) having equivalent qualifications and experience and employed in the same job classification and department as such new hire but receiving a lower salary than such new employee .
