Contractors/Consultants. The Recipient assumes full responsibility for its obligation to pay its Contractors/Consultants. The Recipient is responsible to ensure that any/all contractors/consultants it engages to carry out activities under this Agreement shall have the proper licenses/certificates required in their respective disciplines. The Recipient’s use of contractors/consultants shall not affect the Recipient’s responsibilities under this Agreement.

Contractors/Consultants. The Recipient, and the agents and employees of Recipient, in the performance of this Agreement, are not officers, employees, or agents of the CDFA. Contractors/Consultants. Contractor shall submit, for written approval by the District, the names of any consultants, including but not limited to design professionals, that Contractor proposes to use in connection with its work under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create any contractual relationship between the District and any design professionals or other consultants employed by the Contractor under the terms of this Agreement. Contractor’s design professionals and other consultants shall be licensed to practice in California and have relevant experience with California school design and construction during the last five years.
Contractors/Consultants. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall assign the professionals whose resume’s are attached in Exhibit “B-1” to provide services under this Agreement. In the event a professional identified in Exhibit “B-1” is no longer employed by Contractor, then Contractor shall submit for the Director’s information, the resume’ of the replacement professional with the same level of professional competency as the professional being replaced. The Director shall be afforded the opportunity to review the resume’ submitted and to interview the replacement professional. The Director may direct the replacement of any such replacement professional in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • Contractor’s Employees and Subcontractors (a) Contractor shall only disclose PII to Contractor’s employees and subcontractors who need to know the PII in order to provide the Services and the disclosure of PII shall be limited to the extent necessary to provide such Services. Contractor shall ensure that all such employees and subcontractors comply with the terms of this DPA.
