CONTRACTOR'S DAILY REPORTS. On a weekly basis, Contractor will submit to Engineer daily reports that include the following minimum information:
CONTRACTOR'S DAILY REPORTS. The Contractor's Superintendent shall submit to the Engineer with, a daily report, describing the details of all contract work performed each day. Specifically, the daily report must identify all information pertaining to preventive maintenance, equipment removed and/or installed, and operation of equipment, inspections, and measured values. The daily report shall indicate whether the work was performed by the employees of the prime Contractor or the subcontractor and list the names of these employees. The contractor’s superintendent shall also be responsible for writing reports and supplying any certifications that are appropriate or necessary to show that tests were done and proper guidelines and specifications were followed. The format of these reports shall conform to the following guidelines: 1) a typed hard copy submitted on the first day of each week, on 8 1/2 x 11-inch paper, consisting of all contract work completed during the previous week, and 2) a soft copy submitted the first day of each month, on a USB drive containing a cumulative account of all contract work completed since the commencement of the contract.

  • Daily Reports On each Business Day, the Servicer, with prior notice, shall prepare and make available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the preceding Business Day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the preceding Business Day.

A State employee’s decision to choose “accept” or an equivalent option associated with a “click- through” agreement does not constitute the State’s concurrence or acceptance of terms, if such terms are in conflict with this section.   • Weekly Reports The Administrator must, on a weekly basis, provide written reports to Class Counsel and Defense Counsel that, among other things, tally the number of: Class Notices mailed or re-mailed, Class Notices returned undelivered, Requests for Exclusion (whether valid or invalid) received, objections received, challenges to Workweeks and/or Pay Periods received and/or resolved, and checks mailed for Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Reports must include provide the Administrator’s assessment of the validity of Requests for Exclusion and attach copies of all Requests for Exclusion and objections received.

  • Contractor’s Certifications A. Contractor certifies that it has not engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for or in executing the Contract. For the purposes of this Paragraph 10.05:

  • COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns.
