Contractor’s NEMT Sample Clauses

Contractor’s NEMT. Call Center system must collect data and produce the reports required under this Contract and ad hoc reports that OHA may request from time to time. Contractor shall analyze data collected from its NEMT Call Center system as necessary to perform quality improvement, fulfill the reporting and monitoring requirements as required under this Contract, and ensure adequate resources and staffing.
