Contractor’s non Clause Samples

Contractor’s non performance directly results from the acts or omissions of CCCERA or any of its subcontractors to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement; and
Contractor’s non compliance with the relinquishment requirements specified in Sub-sections 3.1, 3.2 (if applicable) and/or 3.3 may be considered as a ground for SKK MIGAS not to approve CONTRACTOR’s request for extending the initial term of the Exploration Period referred to in Sub-section 2.1.2. Contractor’s non compliance with the requirements of this Sub-paragraph will result in these costs being disallowed, payments being withheld or other remedy being applied as County shall determine to be appropriate.

Related to Contractor’s non

  • Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement. 2. This staff shall be available to the State for training and meetings which the State may find necessary from time to time.

  • Contractor’s Personnel The Contractor shall employ only personnel who are appropriately qualified, skilled and experienced in their respective trades or occupations. The Authority may require the Contractor to remove any personnel engaged for the Works, who in the opinion of the Authority: (a) has engaged in any misconduct; (b) is incompetent or negligent in the performance of his duties; (c) fails to conform with any provisions of the Contract; (d) engages in any conduct which is prejudicial to safety, health, or the protection of the environment; or (e) makes errors in the discharge of his functions. If appropriate and required by the Employer, the Contractor shall then appoint (or cause to be appointed) a suitable replacement person.

  • B5 Contractor’s Staff The Authority may, by written notice to the Contractor, refuse to admit onto, or withdraw permission to remain on, the Authority’s Premises:

  • Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and principles and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions. Contractor shall comply with the profession’s standard of performance, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By delivery of completed work, Contractor certifies that the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Contractor is retained to perform services requiring a license, certification, registration or other similar requirement under California law, Contractor shall maintain that license, certification, registration or other similar requirement throughout the term of this Agreement.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.
