CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF THE ORGANISATION’S PERSONNEL. 20.1 The Organisation shall appoint a senior person as its representative empowered to act on behalf of the Organisation for all purposes connected with the Agreement. Such appointment or any further appointment shall be subject to the approval of the Council. The Organisation’s Representative shall not be replaced without the prior written approval of the Council, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Any notice, information, instruction or other communication given to the Organisation’s Representative shall be deemed to have been given to the Organisation.
