Common use of Convention Attendance Clause in Contracts

Convention Attendance. When an employee is required or authorized to attend a convention at the expense of the Society, the Society reserves the right to specify the means and route of travel. The Society agrees to reimburse the employee for any legitimate and reasonable expenses incurred as a direct result thereof, provided that the Society reserves the right to limit the amount of such reimbursement. Accounts of such expenditures shall be submitted within one (1) month of incurrence.
