Conversion of Sick Leave with Pay. Credits from Days to Hours 612. Sick leave with pay credit balances shall be converted from days to hours based on the equivalent number of hours in such employee's sick leave with pay credit balances. The equivalent number of hours shall be based on the employee's authorized normal daily work schedule.
