Conversion to Compensatory Time Credit. The number of actual hours of overtime worked shall be converted to compensatory time credit at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) hours of compensatory time credit for each hour of overtime worked or fraction thereof computed to the nearest fifteen (15) minutes except as provided in Article 27, relating to Call Back Pay.
