Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. The Contractor will cooperate with the Service Manager, his delegates and support structures, in matters relating to this contract. The Contractor will cooperate with the management staff of the Affected Property. The Contractor will cooperate with all statutory authorities or inspection agencies.

Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. Clause 25 Working with the Employer and Others of the conditions of contract and Clause 25.1 of Part one Data provided by the Employer refers. The Contractor Provides the Works and co-operates with: o Eskom’s Operating and Maintenance personnel. o TFR’s Operating and Maintenance personnel. o Coal by road logistics contractor. o TFR’s contractor who may be working in the vicinity. o The Employer’s Contractor working on the CTS line or in the Railway Yard. o Site Security personnel The Contractor shall obtain all statutory approvals for the Works from the Local Authorities as required.
Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. Except as directed by the Employer, the Contractor shall in no way interfere with, remove, adjust or operate plant, materials and/or equipment of or being supplied or operated by Other Contractors.
Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. It will be the responsibility to work mutually with all other contractors and personnel sharing the working area at any one time during the construction Phase.
Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. The Project Manager, in conjunction with the Supervisor, co-ordinates the work of Others on Site. The Contractor co-operates with and does not delay, impede or otherwise impair the work of Others.
Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. Except as directed by the Employer, the Contractor shall in no way interfere with, remove, adjust or operate plant, materials and/or equipment of or being supplied or operated by Other Project Contractors. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Contractor shall not cut reinforcing steel, remove concrete, drill holes into concrete or structural steel, weld on to reinforcing bars or structural steel without the approval of the Employer. The Contractor shall, at all times, keep the work of Other Project Contractors free from dropping, dripping and spattering of materials used in the Works.
Cooperating with and obtaining acceptance of Others. During the execution phase there will be interfacing with other contractors, this interfacing will be discussed in the outage meeting to specify the exact time and location of when it is needed.
