COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES. In administering the child support program, cooperate with County, tribal, and State agencies managing or operating public assistance programs.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES. Under the working agreements concluded with other agencies, the agency may cooperate with them in the areas governed by the basic act, in order to avoid any duplication of work and create synergies.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES. 22.1 In order to conserve fiscal resources, the Governing Board shall take actions to ensure that the technical expertise, results of previous analysis related to passenger rail service in the LOSSAN Corridor, information bases, and other data available from member and other relevant agencies shall, to the extent feasible, be fully utilized.

The agency is ready to cooperate with other brokerage agencies that respect the basic ethical principles (which exclude the presentation of untrue information about the business in order to obtain business and clients, disparaging other agencies in any way, in order to obtain business and clients, unrealistic real estate evaluations in order to obtain brokerage jobs and excluding other agencies from the market, appearing in the media with the intention of personal promotion, to the detriment of other agencies). The mutual cooperation of the agencies is based on the Code of Business Ethics of intermediaries - members of the Real Estate Exchange and members of the HGK.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES. The City will cooperate with enforcement/investigative agencies who are investigating violations of the law, the Glendale City Code, child protective service orders, child support orders, animal abuse laws, etc. This list is not all inclusive. The City will not offer any protections to any participant from an enforcement/investigative agency. The City will support and assist enforcement/investigative agencies in identifying and locating persons who are being sought by an enforcement/investigative agenc y, whether it be for questioning as an investigative lead, or as a suspect.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES. Agree that the COUNTY, in administering the requirements of the IV-D Program, will cooperate with other Minnesota county, tribal, and state-operated economic support agencies, and other Minnesota state agencies to the extent authorized by state and federal law.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES. The successful tenderer shall co-ordinate with other contractors and agencies engaged in the construction of buildings, if any, and exchange freely all technical information so as to make the execution of this work / contract smooth. No remuneration should be claimed from the department for such technical cooperation. If any unreasonable hindrance is caused to other agencies and any completed portion of the work has to be dismantled and re-done for want of cooperation and coordination by the tenderer during the course of work, such expenditure incurred will be recovered from the successful tenderer if the restoration work to the original condition or specification of the dismantled portion of the work was not undertaken by the tenderer himself.
