Cooperation with Other Parties. The Contractor shall cooperate with Tervita and with all other contractors working at Tervita Site and Contractor Site, in order to avoid any conflict and to ensure that all work on the Project proceeds without conflict, hindrance or delay. The Contractor shall, at its sole cost and expense, repair all damage which it causes to the work of others. To the extent the Contractor has a Claim as a result of the interference or lack of cooperation by another party, the Contractor’s sole remedy shall be against the other party.
