Common use of COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 35.01 Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Collective Agreement, the Employer shall provide each Employee with a copy. 35.02 The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment. 35.03 Selection of the printers and printing of the Collective Agreement shall be the joint responsibility of the Employer and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees. Cost shall be shared equally between the Employer and the AUPE. 35.04 The final version of the Collective agreement shall be maintained in electronic form and both the Employer and the Union shall be provided with a copy of the final version of the Collective Agreement on disk.
