COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 40.01 Within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Collective Agreement the Employer shall provide each Employee with a copy. 40.02 The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee upon appointment. 40.03 The cost of producing such copies shall be shared equally between the Employer and the Union.
