Common use of COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Employer shall post a copy of the Collective Agreement on the Board’s intranet site, within sixty (60) days of the execution of a new Collective Agreement. The Employer shall provide new members with the name of the Bargaining Unit President and the address and telephone number of the District Office when they are hired.

The Employer shall also provide new members with the name employees of the Bargaining Unit President and the address and telephone number with a copy of the District Office Collective Agreement, and orientation package, when they are hired.

COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. The Employer shall post a copy of the Collective Agreement on the Board’s intranet site, within sixty (60) calendar days of the execution of a new Collective Agreement. The Employer shall provide new members newly hired Members with instructions on where to access the name of the Bargaining Unit President and the address and telephone number of the District Office when they are hiredAgreement.
