Costs of Attendance. If personnel engaged in work on the Project are required to attend a Management Committee meeting, reasonable costs incurred in connection with such attendance shall be deemed to be an Expenditure chargeable to the Joint Account. All other costs shall be paid for by the Parties individually.
Costs of Attendance. Costs and expenses relating to the attendance of the Members appointed by each Party and such Parties’ advisers and observers at meetings of the Management Committee shall be borne by the Project Company.
Costs of Attendance. Any and all costs and expenses incurred by Investor or any of its designees with respect to attendance at festivals and premieres will be entirely borne by Investor and will be Investor’s sole responsibility, unless otherwise later agreed to between the parties in writing.
