Costs of Tests. Except as provided for in the Testing and Commissioning Program or expressly in this Article 8, the costs of carrying out any test and inspection under the Contract including the cost of all utilities consumed shall be borne by Contractor.
Costs of Tests. The costs of making, storing and testing of concrete test cubes as required under clause 7 "Tests" of SANS 1200 G shall include the cost of providing cube moulds necessary for the purpose, for testing costs and for submitting reports on the tests to the Principal Agent. The testing shall be undertaken by an independent firm or institution nominated by the Contractor and to the approval of the Principal Agent. Costs of Tests. The costs of all tests required in Subsections (b) and (c) above, and retesting as necessary, shall be paid by the Grantee and may be passed through to Subscribers.
Costs of Tests. The entire cost of tests as specified, in clause above shall be borne by the Contractor. Unsatisfactory Test: If the results of any test prove unsatisfactory, the Contractor shall remove and rebuild the member or members involved or carry out such other remedial measures as may be required by the Engineer or his representative. The Contractor shall bear the cost of so doing, unless the failure of the member or members to fulfil the test condition is solely due to faulty design.
