Test and Inspection Sample Clauses

Test and Inspection. 7.1 PI shall conduct incoming inspection of the WAFERS, by WAFER TYPE, to determine the WAFERS’ conformance to the COMMON SPECIFICATIONS. The PCM DATA specified in Section 6.5 is required for the incoming inspection of the WAFERS and the omission, inaccuracy or other defect in the PCM DATA will in itself be sufficient cause to reject the WAFERS. This inspection shall be regarded as final in terms of quality, quantity and other conditions of the WAFERS supplied to PI subject to SUPPLIER’s warranty as defined in Section 11.1. All WAFERS passing the incoming inspection will be accepted by PI. 7.2 PI shall notify SUPPLIER which of the WAFERS have been accepted by PI within [***] ([***]) business days after receipt of the WAFERS by XX. Should PI fail to notify SUPPLIER within the said [***] ([***]) business days, the WAFERS shall be deemed to have been accepted by PI. PI will owe SUPPLIER payment only for the quantity of WAFERS that have been accepted by PI. 7.3 SUPPLIER shall not be held responsible for the defects and failures of the WAFERS which are attributable to the design, test and assembly by PI of the PRODUCTS. 7.4 SUPPLIER shall not be held responsible for the defects, failures and yield problems of the WAFERS if the WAFERS meet the specifications set forth in the COMMON SPECIFICATIONS. 7.5 SUPPLIER may make a written special waiver request to PI to ship WAFERS that do not comply with the COMMON SPECIFICATIONS. If PI approves such special waiver request in writing, which approval may include special terms and conditions, SUPPLIER may ship such non-complying WAFERS under such terms and conditions.
Test and Inspection. (a) By Toshiba. Toshiba will supply to NMI, with each Wafer shipment, ---------- process control monitor ("PCM") test results, actual Wafer sort data results, and visual quality inspection results as agreed by the parties. Toshiba will sort Wafers and "user repair" the DRAM module prior to shipment on the DRAM portions of the die.

Test and Inspection. 24.1 The Contractor shall at its own expense carry out at the place of manufacture and/or on the Site all such tests and/or inspections of the Plant and any part of the Facilities as are specified in the Contract.

Both parties shall discuss to agree upon resolution thereof, including without limitation, replacement of the Wafers, and any other reasonable means. Test and InspectionThe Contractor shall maintain and control processes to inspect and test components as described in this SOW. These processes should cover all phases from the ordering of the material to the Government acceptance of the finished product. The contractor shall conduct complete POP testing following final assembly in accordance with CDRL A003.

If necessary, the Supervisor may use the site, test equipment and other test conditions provided by the Contractor to perform material review tests for Project quality inspection, and the Contractor shall provide assistance. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ 9.1.2 The Contractor shall provide test equipment, sampling device, a test site and test conditions following the Special Terms of the Contract, and submit the corresponding mobilization schedule to the Supervisor. The test equipment configured by the Contractor should meet the requirements of the applicable test regulations and be tested by a qualified testing institute. The test equipment should be calibrated by the Supervisor and the Contractor prior to its use. 9.1.3 The Contractor shall submit to the Supervisor a list of test personnel, their positions, qualifications, and other certification Documents. The test personnel should be proficient in the performance of the inspection and tests, and the Contractor should take liability for the correctness of the test procedures and results performed by the test personnel.
