Country Club Dues. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be reimbursed for dues and assessments incurred in relation to Executive’s membership at a country club mutually agreed upon by NBTB and Executive, subject to specific Internal Revenue Service rules. Executive shall be responsible for any income taxes associated with the use of such club membership.
Country Club Dues. The Company shall reimburse Executive for the monthly country club membership dues actually incurred by the Executive for one country club membership maintained by the Executive provided such membership dues are approved in advance by the Compensation Committee.

Country Club Dues. During the term of this Agreement, the Bank agrees to pay the membership fees and dues for Executive to be a member of Navesink Country Club, or such other country club agreed upon by the Bank and Executive. The Bank also agrees to reimburse Executive for all ordinary, necessary, and reasonable business-related expenses incurred by Executive on Bank business at such country club. As a condition to receiving such reimbursements, the Executive shall submit to the Bank on a timely basis business expense reports, including substantiation sufficient to enable the Bank to deduct the reimbursed expenses for tax purposes.
Country Club Dues. The Company shall pay for the Employee any initiation fees, monthly dues and assessments, and any other business related charges at a local country club.
Country Club Dues. NCRIC shall pay the dues for Executive's membership in one country club or similar institution as well as the Georgetown Club. NCRIC shall not pay or reimburse Executive for any non-mandatory costs associated with such membership, including but not limited to food, beverage and entertainment costs, greens fees, and court fees, unless Executive is otherwise entitled to reimbursement of such costs pursuant to paragraph 5(a) of this Agreement.
Country Club Dues. Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for membership dues, initiation fees and special assessments, up to an aggregate amount of $6,000 per year, at the Quincy Country Club or such other country clubs that are mutually acceptable to the Employer and Executive and agreed to in writing.
Country Club Dues. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay agreed-upon club dues and initiation fees by the Employee pursuant to Company policies as in effect from time to time, with the amount payable with respect to this Section 3(m) not to exceed _____ dollars ($_______) per year.
