Country Club Dues. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be reimbursed for dues and assessments incurred in relation to Executive’s membership at a country club mutually agreed upon by NBTB and Executive, subject to specific Internal Revenue Service rules. Executive shall be responsible for any income taxes associated with the use of such club membership.
